Never mind that Asia de Cuba’s Chino-Latino cuisine sometimes misses more than it hits. What matters is that this restaurant is flat-out fun. The kinetic bar scene, the long, lit-from-beneath family-style table and the hologram waterfall make the bi-level, Philippe Starck-designed space as electric as the sparklers poking out of the Guava Dynamite dessert.
